                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM MARVIN SHIPLEY AND
                   SHIRLEY SPARKS SHIPLEY, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT
                   NO. 76, DAYTONA HEIGHTS COLLECTION SYSTEM,
                   TRACT NO. 207, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF
                   ONE THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,000.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Marvin Shipley and Shirley
       Sparks Shipley, relative to Contract No. 76, Daytona Heights
       Collection System, Tract No. 207, for a total consideration of
       $1,000.00.
